Katherine McNeill is an associate in the Corporate Commercial Group in our Vancouver office, and a member of our national Privacy and Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Information Technology groups. Katherine's practice focuses on advising private businesses across a range of industries on corporate and commercial law matters, including privacy, technology and related matters.

  • Assisted in the closing for the Edmonton Valley Line P3 transaction.
  • Assisting with BC Hydro Site C procurement matters.
  • Advises and assists share and asset sale transactions, as counsel for vendors and purchasers.
  • Advises clients on a wide range of commercial agreements.
