The Litigation Counsel of America ("LCA") is an invitation-only, diverse, peer-selected honorary society of the best litigators in North America. Less than half of one per cent of North American lawyers, judges and scholars are included in the fellowship, whose purpose is to recognize deserving, experienced and highly qualified legal practitioners and to provide additional sources for professional development, community involvement and the promotion of ethical standards in the practice of law. Fellows are selected following a detailed assessment of their effectiveness and accomplishments in litigation, and their ethical reputation.
