The law in respect of apprehension of bias, like so many other areas of administrative law, is one in which the principles are relatively easy to state and the application of those principles to any given factual situation is not easy to predict. This paper presents an analysis of apprehesion of bias.

Paper presented at the 2nd National Forum -- New Directions in Administrative Law and Practice, October 5-6, 2006.
