His duties include:
- handling audit inquires and firm circulations
- performing annual maintenance on corporate minute books
- filing corporate documentation (including annual returns, articles, notices, business registrations, name searches and Personal Property Security Act registrations)
- setting up corporate GST/HST tax accounts
- ordering corporate certificates and other documents online
- conducting corporate insolvency searches
- researching inactive/archived corporate files
- certifying and authenticating documents
