Executive Summary

Ouassim Tadlaoui is a member of the Financial Services Group in the Montréal office. As a litigator, his practice focuses on banking litigation, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency, as well as in the field of construction-related bonding.

Within the Financial Services Group, Ouassim represents banks and other financial institutions as creditors, as well as certain debtors in cases of bankruptcy and corporate restructurings. He also represents and advises bonding companies, as well as national and international businesses in matters of insolvency, bankruptcy and restructuring in the construction industry.

Ouassim has pleaded before various decision-making bodies, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court (Civil and Commercial Divisions), as well as the Court of Appeal.
