Executive Summary

Kathryn Shani practises civil litigation, including insurance law, municipal and police liability, product liability and class actions. She defends claims against municipalities, insurers and their insureds involving property damage, non-repair of roads and sidewalks, motor vehicle accidents and occupiers’ liability. 

She joined BLG as an associate, after having summered and articled at the firm.
