Having worked in the civil litigation field for more than 30 years, Cindy has experience in both insurance defence and plaintiffs’ injury cases — predominantly related to personal injury.
In medical and hospital negligence files, she liaises with experts, supports trial preparation and assists with preparing:
- pleadings
- affidavits of documents
- production briefs
- motion materials
- pretrial and mediation memoranda
She also assists in mental health law matters, including preparing for hearings and appeals before the Ontario Review Board and Consent and Capacity Board.
Within BLG, Cindy helped to develop and implement electronic file management systems within our Health Law Group.
