Executive Summary

Olivier V. Nguyen is an associate in the Montréal office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Olivier practices in the Commercial Litigation Group with a focus on public procurement law, public and administrative law, and international trade. 

Since 2013, Olivier has supervised the activities related to University of Ottawa's participation in the Charles Rousseau Moot Court competition in international law and he lectured on property law in 2015.

Olivier is fluently bilingual in English and French and practices in both official languages. Before joining the Montréal office, he practiced law in Ontario in the Ottawa office of Borden Ladner Gervais.
