Executive Summary

Christine Muir is a senior associate in our Toronto office and a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Christine's practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, and she acts as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. Christine has experience in all stages of litigation, has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, and has a particular expertise working with technical experts. Her clients include corporations in the financial, energy, automotive, manufacturing and health sectors, as well as private individuals. Christine has experience litigating all manners of commercial contract disputes, including ownership, franchise, insurance coverage and commercial lease matters.

In 2009-2010, Christine served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Winkler, Justice MacPherson and Justice Watt of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
