​Lise Morissette is a partner in the Banking and Financial Services Group, specializing in bank financing. Lise has widespread experience in financing, including syndicated credit facilities, cross-border financing, project finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, automotive financing, convertible debt, mezzanine debt, equipment finance, derivatives and inter-creditor agreements. Her specialization also extends to venture capital and to commercial and corporate law. Ms. Morissette frequently represents chartered banks, asset-based lenders and other Canadian and foreign financial institutions, as well as borrowers in complex financing operations. She led a large number of transactions involving both private and public companies in multiple industries.
