Executive Summary

With an emphasis on the defence of personal injury and product liability claims, Dalton McGuinty practices civil litigation. He represents clients in all levels of Court in Ontario as well as matters before the License Appeal Tribunal. He acts regularly for a number of insurers in all aspects of litigation, providing insightful defence solutions against claims relating to risk and bodily injury, property damage, and professional liability. He also assists insurers with investigation of potentially fraudulent claims by conducting examinations under oath and providing coverage opinions.
