Executive Summary

​Danielle Lewchuk is an associate in our Tax Group in our Vancouver office. Danielle has been involved in numerous tax-driven transactions, including:

  • reorganization and refinancing transactions involving Canadian companies and their foreign subsidiaries;
  • structures for non-resident corporations carrying on business in Canada, and for Canadian corporations carrying on business internationally; and
  • estate-planning transactions and other reorganizations involving closely held private corporations.

Danielle has also advised on and assisted with tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. Danielle is enrolled in Part I of the Canadian Professional Accountants' In-Depth Tax Course.
