Diane Leduc is a paralegal in our Commercial Real Estate Group in our Montréal office. Diane's responsibilities include various title examinations at the Land Register of Québec, mining rights examinations, coordination of the registration of deeds at the Registry Offices, assisting in the drafting of deeds to be published (including deeds of sales, servitudes, discharges), preparation of drafts of title opinions, and performing various verifications at municipalities, school boards and governmental authorities. She also assists lawyers in other mandates. She has worked on major files such as title examinations for a windmill project and regional shopping centres. She also has significant experience with land registration regulations.
Prior to joining BLG in 2005, Diane worked for six years in a large Montréal law firm. She was also a Registrar at the Land Register for eight years and a paralegal in a notary's office for another eight years.
