His engagements have spanned a wide range of industries, most recently including the hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, and technology sectors. Will works with corporate, investment management, and private equity clients. Will advises public and private companies ranging in size from $10 million annual revenue early-stage enterprises to multi-billion dollar revenue multinational conglomerates.

Will develops meaningful and strategic partnerships with his clients by providing practical legal solutions tailored to his clients' needs in order to achieve their business objectives.   • Advising Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants on serial strategic transactions including acquisitions, joint venture agreements and complex hospitality services arrangements
  • Advising Stone Canyon Industries on the US$2.4 billion acquisition of BWAY Corp., a North American manufacturer of metal and plastic containers, from Platinum Equity.
  • Advising Stone Canyon Industries and BWAY on the US$2.3 billion acquisition of Mauser Group, a leading industrial packaging company, from Clayton Dubilier & Rice.
  • Advising VIII Capital on the bought-deal financing of C$13.8 million in units of Emerald Health Therapeutics.
  • Advising Globalive Capital, as a member of an investor consortium, on refinancing, restructuring and the ultimate C$1.6 billion sale of their portfolio company, WIND Mobile (now Freedom Mobile).
  • Advising Drive Products Inc. on truck-parts upfitting "roll-up" acquisition strategy across Canada.
