Will advises public and private companies ranging in size from $10 million annual revenue early-stage enterprises to multi-billion dollar revenue multinational conglomerates.

  • Advising Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants on serial strategic transactions including acquisitions, joint venture agreements and complex hospitality services arrangements
  • Advising Stone Canyon Industries on the US$2.4 billion acquisition of BWAY Corp., a North American manufacturer of metal and plastic containers, from Platinum Equity.
  • Advising Stone Canyon Industries and BWAY on the US$2.3 billion acquisition of Mauser Group, a leading industrial packaging company, from Clayton Dubilier & Rice.
  • Advising VIII Capital on the bought-deal financing of C$13.8 million in units of Emerald Health Therapeutics.
  • Advising Globalive Capital, as a member of an investor consortium, on refinancing, restructuring and the ultimate C$1.6 billion sale of their portfolio company, WIND Mobile (now Freedom Mobile).
  • Advising Drive Products Inc. on truck-parts upfitting "roll-up" acquisition strategy across Canada.
