Alannah Fotheringham is an Associate in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group.
In addition to maintaining a general commercial litigation practice, Alannah regularly practices in the area of white collar defence. Alannah has experience acting for clients in criminal proceedings, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.
Alannah also often represents financial institutions and major corporations in class proceedings, and has defended class actions involving price-fixing, mass torts, and consumer protection.
Alannah has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
While an articling student at the firm, Alannah was seconded to the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
