Executive Summary

Hannah Dutch is a senior associate in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Hannah is part of our Financial Services Group.

Prior to joining the Firm, Hannah worked as a Senior Associate with a leading global law firm both in London and New York City. She undertook client secondments to a global investment bank and a leading global financial services firm.

Representative Work

  • Advises financial institutions and companies in connection with a wide range of structured finance and capital markets transactions with a focus on complex cross-border deals, such as multi-country trade receivables securitizations, whole business transactions, lease and loan transactions.
  • Advises clients on a broad range of European and international finance transactions.
  • Advises on subscription finance, acquisition and asset finance transactions.
  • Advises on debt restructuring and insolvency matters arising out of the global debt crisis.
