Janine Croy is a paralegal in the Litigation Department of our Vancouver office. Janine’s work is focused on tort and insurance liability (plaintiff and defence) and she also has experience in commercial litigation. She assists the Firm’s lawyers and clients with efficient resolution of litigious claims by drafting pleadings and preparing materials for discovery, mediation, and trial. Janine has helped with pro bono matters at the Firm and has acted as a mentor to a junior litigation paralegal at the Firm. She is proficient in electronic software including Summation, CaseMap, and Primafact. Janine’s scope of knowledge includes the rules and procedures of the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal, along with personal injury legislation.
