Cecilia Conto is a paralegal in the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory group of our Vancouver Office. Cecilia’s work is primarily focused on cases relating to Aboriginal law and treaty rights. She also works on large commercial litigation matters. She assists the Firm’s lawyers and clients with all areas of litigation including document analysis and production, discovery materials, trial preparation, appeals and legal research. Cecilia also has extensive knowledge and experience in litigation support including e-discovery, paper and database management, Summation (SCE Certified EndUser) and other litigation technology and imaging software programs. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Prior to moving to Canada and becoming a paralegal, Cecilia’s work experience included six years as in-house legal counsel at the biggest commuter rail services company in Buenos Aires, in the Litigation Department defending personal injury claims resulting from railroad accidents.
