Executive Summary

David Camp is a partner in our Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory Group in our Vancouver office. David practises primarily in the area of Aboriginal law, and has a background in corporate and real estate law. He advises utilities, railway companies, resource companies, Crown ministries, Crown corporations, and developers on impact benefit agreements, and on consultation issues involving projects within traditional territories. He also advises on leasing and development issues on reserve lands.
