Executive Summary

Jessica is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Group with our Calgary office. Prior to joining BLG, Jessica clerked with the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench where she was articled to one of the Province’s preeminent Commercial Justices. Since being called to the bar in 2013, Jessica’s practice has focused primarily on commercial bankruptcy and insolvency, including several cross-border restructurings. She also carries on a commercial litigation practice, advising clients on general commercial disputes and debtor creditor matters. In that regard, Jessica has acted for lenders, debtors and restructuring professionals, including trustees, monitors and receivers.​

  • Counsel for the creditor in the insolvency of Torrac Oilfield Services Ltd.
