Jeremy Bolger is Senior Counsel in our Montréal office practicing in the areas of maritime law and general transportation law. His practice includes litigation, arbitration, mediation and advice with respect to commercial matters.
He serves a broad client base, including terminal operators, stevedores, financial institutions, freight forwarders, shippers, road carriers, ship owners and managers, cargo interests, warehousemen, charterers and operators, as well as their respective agents and underwriters, providing advice with respect to commercial, administrative, regulatory and litigation matters. He was Vice-Chair of the Board and member of the Executive Committee of the Montréal Port Authority (2005-08) and serves as an advisor to and a director of several corporations.
