Executive Summary

Debbie Asirvatham is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in our Vancouver office. Debbie has a diverse practice aimed at dispute resolution for clients from a wide cross-section of industries. Since joining the Firm as an articling student in 2011, Debbie has been involved in acting for and advising clients with respect to a variety of commercial matters including: 

  • business defamation claims;
  • negligence and product liability claims;
  • claims regarding misrepresentations in commercial transactions;
  • licensing disputes; and
  • shareholder disputes concerning breaches of fiduciary duties.
