BMO Nesbitt Burns, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff's action on the basis that there was no fiduciary relationship between BMO Nesbitt Burns ("Nesbitt Burns") and the plaintiff, who was not a client of Nesbitt Burns at the relevant time.
