Our practice is primarily transactional in nature.

When it comes to accessing capital, we can advise you on a broad range of corporate finance and securities transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, cross-border offerings and new issuances of equity or debt, whether it be shares, trust units, preferred shares, convertible debt, high-yield debt or other instruments.  The group is regularly involved in both private and public financings, and we represent issuers such as major corporations, entrepreneurial companies, partnerships, funds, and income and business trusts. We also represent underwriters, selling security holders, sponsors and various types of investors in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financings.
