The Firm's core series of programs begins with BLG 101, a year-long program for first-year associates. As they progress through their careers, BLG professionals then participate in the following national retreat programs:BLG 301 Business – three-day negotiation skills workshop for mid-level Business Department associatesBLG 301 Litigation – three-day advocacy skills program for mid-level Litigation Department associatesBLG 501 – two-day client relationship and practice management skills program for senior associatesBLG 701 – two-day client relationship and team leadership program for second-year partnersBLG 901 – two-day leadership program for senior partnersIn addition to these programs, BLG also offers the National CLE Program, a year-long series of national videoconference sessions, several of which are open to clients.The Firm has also developed the BLG U website, where BLG professionals and clients have access to over a hundred hours of accredited CPD programs, on demand, 24/7.BLG's approach to professional excellence is multi-faceted, designed to accelerate the development of well-rounded professionals who understand client business needs and deliver both professional and service excellence.
