Patricia focuses on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects and corporate commercial law. She has led or participated in public-private infrastructure projects, as well as commercial transactions involving the sale or acquisition of businesses, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures.

  • Bell Media in its acquisition of Octane Racing Group , the exclusive promoter of the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix, the largest annual sports and tourism event in Canada.
  • NouvLR in connection with the procurement and construction of Montreal’s Light Rail Train Project (Réseau Express Métropolitain)
  • Signature on the Saint-Laurent in connection with the Champlain Bridge Replacement Project
  • Société québécoise des infrastructures in connection with the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the AMT Train Maintenance Centre Project
  • A member of the successful bidding consortium of the Hydro-Québec Data Centre Project
