We act on a regular basis in insolvency matters for creditors and debtors in need of restructuring assistance, as well as for receivers, trustees in bankruptcy under Canada’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and for Monitors under Canada’s Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.  We also regularly represent creditors in enforcement and realization proceedings.
